    5 Causes Of Bad-Body Odor & How To Avoid Them.

    Walking down in the mist of people and suddenly some people started disappearing with ugly faces indicating that an irritating odor just arrived, is what some people experiences and such an experience do leave a negative mark on the said deserted individual.

    Bad-body odor is the most offensive odor that could possess an individual based on certain factors. No wonder, my lodge mate those days in the university was finding it difficult to come out in the mist of others especially during get-together games.

    This guy always get embarrassed that he decided to join us one day in exercising. He did like 10 minutes and started oozing-out fowl smelling odor to the notice of others and guess what? People started disappearing, and later, when I asked one of us who said that the guy sucks! As in, foul smell!!

    Can you see such an embarrassment because, I knew he noticed it too and left without notification. Though such situation is embarrassing, there is still cause for achieving a healthier body system. Not minding if you are a victim of such or, relations who might possess this odor.

    There is still some tiny behavior you could exhibit to bring a positive lasting solution to what faces you just now. Remember, tiny daily character transcends to regular habits. So, these daily habits to be examined now if observed will definitely bring an end to this your ugly experiences due to bad-body odor.

    There are certain factors that could be the cause of this bad-body odor apart from people naturally claiming that body odors are natural and uses this as collateral for dirtiness which I do not believe in such a flamboyant excuses. Below are certain factors that could lead to bad-body odor if not observed:

    1. Not bathing regularly.
    2. Not washing your inner wears.
    3. Lack of exercise.
    4. Not shaving your armpit & pubic hairs.
    5. Bleaching cream (wearing bleaching cream).

    We have to talk about them one after the other and push little on how to avoid them.

    NOT BATHING REGULARLY :=>
    How many times do you need to take your bath a day? As humans with natural instinct and thinking ability, you should not be notified to know that taking your bath 3 to 4 times in a day is paramount for healthy habits. And I recommend natural cold water except on conditions of ill-health.

    Upon this, do you believe that some adult still fear water? I mean, fear taking their bath unless pressed to do that. I have a cousin brother, 20, who is a typical example of that. We almost-always killed him with verbal abuses before he will agree to take his bath.

    And any time he refuses to bath, I start noticing foul odor from him immediately. For your information, water has natural power of making you feel relieved and elements in water are medicinal to some of the body infections. And it is a natural substance that helps remove dirt from our bodies. Keep cool with water regularly.

    To avoid being aqua-phobic, look at what you should do. Form a bathing time table for yourself and make sure you followed it. With time, it will become your habit. Always stay closer to that your loved ones who always like to tell you the truth not minding how you feel. So far it is something that will help you in life.

    These kinds of people will not hesitate to tell you; it is time to bath and that acts as a trigger (reminder) and will help you keep cool with water. Just like I do remind my 20 year old cousin brother.

    NOT WASHING YOUR INNER-WEARS :=>
    A couple had a problem that nearly led them to divorce. Fortunately, reconciliation process in which a pastor acted as their councilor exposed their ugly habit. The young man was asked what do irritate him most which the wife does. He told the pastor that his wife has a dumping-place for her inner-wears in their wardrobe which she does not care to wash.

    Out of anger----he quickly led the pastor into their room, open-up the wardrobe and using a hanger within he pulled-out all the dirty panties of her wife before the man of God. As he was doing it, the pastor saw the one that looks like his and asked him whose boxers was that.

    The man remained mute for few seconds and answered; is mine. The pastor looked at him and walked away. You see, it is important you practice what you preach. Start from today, forming the habit of washing your inner-wears whenever you wore it once. So you could recommend the same to individuals that find it difficult to observe.

    I find it irritating wearing my boxers and singlet again after wearing it for the first time. Whenever I do that I normally receive a striking itching which signifies an attack from bacteria. And this could have you scratching madly before the people without noticing. What an embarrassing moment this could be?

    LACK OF EXERCISE :=>
    You want to know how exercise could lead to bad-body odor. In fact, the so-called natural phenomenon of bad-body odor is what i could attribute to lack of exercise. This is because; the coagulated oil-fat that comes out through the root hairs with sweet has foul smell. If you doubt me, press hard a little bit on your part of the nose and remove that milky-fat-oil and smell it, smell fowl right? These same substances are all over the body especially if you are fat. And during exercise, the heat pressure from blood flow excretes this fowl-smelling oil-fat through our root hairs.

    This helps us remove the coagulated oil-fat and maintain a good smelling body. The issue of my lodge mate talked about earlier is a typical indication of what am saying. His foul smell increases whenever he involved in exercise, and this is because the excretion of this coagulated oil-fat is taking place.

    Continuous exercise will lead to a time whereby, you will get rid-of them and maintain your natural body smell. Involving in regular routine exercise is vital to having a healthy and good smelling body system.

    NOT SHAVING YOUR ARMPIT & PUBIC HAIRS :=>
    These armpit and pubic hairs are good place for breeding bacteria. This is due to the nature of these parts of the body in the body system. These sections of the body part are always hot and are incubators for bacteria.

    It is a healthy habit you should shave regularly to keep air penetration fast and reduce the heat generated by these hairs. Use shaving stick and disinfectants, after-shaves are also good to avoid bumps after shaving. By regularly shaving hairs from these parts of the body, keeps you dry and fresh.

    BLEACHING CREAMS (avoid wearing bleaching cream) :=>
    Some women will kill me for this, but before you do so, hear me first. Bleaching cream is dangerous to the body and sciences have gone a long extent to prove that. Look at the action of bleaching cream to your body;
    Bleaching cream removes the epidermis (outer-parts of skin) part of your skin, exposing the second layer of your skin to physical effects which is not meant for that. This could lead to cancerous cells growth and consistent tear and wear of the skin when undergoing any type of operation.

    This epidermis (outer-skin) of your skin after being scrapped-off are dead and decay, leaving foul smell deposits on your body when there is heat. It is a living body cell before you killed it with bleaching chemicals, so do they undergo decay and foul smell follows as usual.
